Standard: Locates and uses information in card catalogs, periodical indices, microforms, and multi-media electronic technologies. Standard: Selects relevant information about a topic from various sources. Standard: Presents information without plagiarizing. Standard: Documents sources with reference citations. Standard: Organizes retrieved information using strategies such as note-taking, graphic organizers, SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Review, Report), and outlining. Standard: Develops strategies for taking tests in different formats (multiple, choice, sentence completion, and essay).
