Ricardo Well, there is a lot to say about the Capital Tech, but first of all I want to say that I was glad that I did go. We were really bored on the way there but thank goodness that I had my laptop along with me. We watched movies and listened to music but I was really glad when we finally got there. We stayed in the Holiday Inn but this was a really tall building and it was close to the capital. We went to eat and we had to walk but it was nice because we had a chance talk and plan what we were going to say and that kind of good stuff. The next morning we got up at 5:00 AM and it was really hard getting up but we finally managed to do it. We got dressed packed up our bags and got ready to leave the hotel. It was freezing when we got outside but we had to get over it, we finally got in the mini van and went to the capital building. We all know that we cannot start our day without breakfast so before heading to the capital building we went to a restaurant and got our breakfast. We went to the parking lot after we got done eating and unpacked the robots and went to set up at the Capital building. I was really nervous when I first went in there because I was not sure of what I was supposed to do. We got to our table and started to set up and when we got done I think it was the best looking table out there. We took pictures of it and then we waited for someone to come along and ask us something. After several minutes a person came by and asked us what we had, at first I was scared and did not say nothing and the VSU lady told me to tell him something and I finally started explaining. They were very impressed and told us that they had never seen anything like that and I was glad that I had done a good job along with my friends. We saw a lot of people with cameras taking video and pictures for the news. I got interviewed by a guy with a voice recorder. He asked me many questions about our robots and I was glad that I was able to answer them with no problem. One of my friends got interviewed by a TV station and he did a good job.. It was time to leave and we were glad because we all knew that we had represented Brooks County Middle school really well. We packed our robots and were able to finally leave and I was really glad of all the work that had been done. It was a real honor and I was glad that I had an opportunity to go on the trip.
