The Appalachian Plateau is in the far northwestern part of Georgia.  In this area there are some sand mountains. Most of the land is an enormous forest. In the forest there are trees like basswood, maple trees, and more. There are bears, pigeons, and more.  There are also insects. Some are mayflies, dragonflies, damselflies, and stoneflies. Most are cool. There are also famous spots like Ruby Falls, Pigeon Mountain, and Rock City. Finally, there’s McClemore Cove.

Did you know that most rocks in the Appalachian Plateau are sedimentary? There are rarely fossils in these rocks. Other types of minerals are limestone.  Second there is ironstone and iron ore. Last but not least is coal fuel. I think the Appalachian Plateau is really cool.  It sounds like a good place to see amazing views.
