Project-based
Learning (PBL) is
designed learning activities that are long-term, interdisciplinary,
student-centered, and integrated with real-world issues and practices.
Students work cooperatively to solve problems and present their work to an
outside audience. This final project might be a multimedia presentation, a
play, a written report, a
web page
or a constructed product.
Characteristics of PBL: Relevant, Challenging, Motivating, Interdisciplinary, Authentic, Collaborative, and Fun.
