Pirate History

  The history of piracy dates back more than 3,000 years ago. Pirates were known for stealing and killing, Which gave them the name sea thieves. What people know today about pirates are that they were cruel robbers and vicious robbers. They would shoot and charge and sometimes take hostages. However, pirates rarely commanded an enemies ship they would easily confront any victim with a cannon fire, while they would quickly get the gold or valuable jewelry. Which would then make them make a quick surrender?

Pirates rarely commanded superior vessels, in fact, most often pirates commanded small lightly armored but highly maneuverable ships. So pirates were a huge part in history they killed, stole, and took over ships. This all shows that pirates showed a huge part in history
