Site Description Students on this website team will research the significant roll of water in the earth’s processes and as an energy resource. Students will also explore ways to properly conserve water by working with a local community group to test water purity and promote water conservation. Research results and consequent data will be displayed on the web site. This web site will launch a community water awareness and conservation effort for Moultrie, Georgia. Georgia Performance Standards Visitors of this site will be exposed to the following standards: S6E3. Students will recognize the significant role of water in earth processes. S6E6. Students will describe various sources of energy, their uses and conservation. S6CS4. Students will use tools and instruments for observing, measuring, and manipulating equipment and materials in scientific activities.
