The purpose of our website is to give an educational view of fashion from the 1900s through present times. We want to inform others about the styles and designs of the twentieth century and early twenty-first century. Our website will provide information and pictures for each decade. We will also demonstrate how the fashions of those times were affected by music, literature, and other art forms. As an extra feature, we will include different songs for each decade and page.(Make sure your computer's volume is turned up.) When viewing our website, students will be able to recognize how the women especially had different viewpoints about what to wear. Our intended audiences for this website are students from elementary, middle, and high school grades. We intend for our audience to enjoy viewing the fashions and trends of their parents and grandparents. The primary focus of our website is for viewers to benefit from art-related history and to have a fashion “Blast from the Past”.
